I opened my agency in 2006 after spending five years working at State Farm’s regional office, which gave me a strong foundation in the business and a clear vision for building a people-first agency. Our team is small and tight-knit, with three members who work together in a true family-style environment and place a strong emphasis on work-life balance.

I’m a father to three daughters who all play volleyball, and outside of work I enjoy skiing and spending time outdoors. Giving back is important to us as well — our family has even traveled to Tijuana to help build a home for a family in need, an experience that continues to shape how we show up for our customers, our community, and each other.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Austin Domsch - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
