I opened my agency in 2006 after spending five years working at State Farm’s regional office, which gave me a strong foundation in the business and a clear vision for building a people-first agency. Our team is small and tight-knit, with three members who work together in a true family-style environment and place a strong emphasis on work-life balance.

I’m a father to three daughters who all play volleyball, and outside of work I enjoy skiing and spending time outdoors. Giving back is important to us as well — our family has even traveled to Tijuana to help build a home for a family in need, an experience that continues to shape how we show up for our customers, our community, and each other.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Austin Domsch - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
